It is important to me that my customers are a 100% satisfied. I will only issue a refund if I have made a mistake with the order or there is a misunderstanding with the order.

If you break your jewelry, we will gladly fix it for you for whatever the cost is. We will let you know prior to fixing it.

For beaded jewelry: If you need me to resize your bracelet by adding extra beads or removing beads, I will gladly do that for you. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your beaded jewelry if you need it resized.

For Fine Jewelry: If you’ve purchased a ring and are not comfortable with the size you chose, we will gladly resize it for you for $10

Custom orders are non refundable.

Please don’t send packages back before notifying me. If packages are lost or stolen in the process of being shipped back to Gasia D. Jewelry, I am not responsible. It is crucial that packages be sent back to us the same way we sent it to you; with tracking number, insurance, and proper packaging. Please do not throw jewelry in an envelope and mail it out.
